ZANE GETS IN TANGLE, UNABLE TO MAKE FEATURE AT OCEAN!

WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA (October 1, 2010)- Just a few hours after being declared the 2010 IMCA National Champion, Zane DeVilbiss of Farmington, New Mexico was racing at the Ocean Speedway in Watsonville, California for the IMCA Western Region Nationals. Zane started in the sixth spot in the heat race but unfortunately he was involved in a accident and had to run the B-Main. They took the top six to the feature out of the B-Main. Zane had to start in the ninth spot in the B-Main, Zane was able to make it up to seventh on the sloppy, wet, one lane track. Zane did not make the feature at Ocean but, he will have another chance at the Tulare Thunderbowl in Tulare, California.
